LASIK治疗近视的效果及病人对疗效满意程度分析

1目的 评价准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (L ASIK)治疗近视的效果 ,探讨病人对疗效的满意程度与自身心理素质的关系。2方法 采用 L ASIK治疗近视 5 7例 113眼 ,根据术前屈光度分为 A,B两组 ,根据焦虑自评量表将病人分为 , 两组 ,术后随访 0 .5年以上。 3结果 术后 0 .5年 113眼裸眼视力 <0 .5 ,0 .5～ 0 .8,>0 .8者 ,A组分别占 4.0 % ,6 .8% ,89.2 % ,B组为 12 .8% ,2 5 .6 % ,6 1.6 % ,两组间比较差异有显著性 (χ2 =12 .0 85 ,P<0 .0 1)。裸眼视力与术前最佳矫正视力 (BCVA )相比 ,≥ BCVA,比 BCVA下降≤ 2行 ,比 BCVA下降 >2行者 ,A组分别占 77.0 % ,17.6 % ,5 .4% ,B组占 6 6 .7% ,2 0 .5 % ,12 .8% ,两组间比较差异无显著性 (χ2 =2 .2 6 ,P>0 .0 5 )。对疗效表示非常满意、满意、不满意者 , 组分别占 6 4.1% ,2 5 .6 % ,10 .3% , 组为 11.1% ,6 6 .7% ,2 2 .2 % ,两组间比较差异有显著性 (χ2 =13.93,P<0 .0 0 1)。 4结论 L ASIK治疗近视可取得良好效果 ,但术后裸眼视力与术前屈光度有关。

Objective\ To evaluate the effectiveness of LASIK for the correction of myopia and investigate the relationship between patients response to the treatment and their psychological quality.\ Methods\ 113 eyes of 57 cases were treated with LASIK and followed up at least for half a year. Based on the refraction before operation, the patients were divided into group A and B. And group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were formed according to their psychological condition.\ Results\ The percentage of the patients whose UCVA (uncorrected visual acuity) was below 0.5, and those from 0.5 to 0.8,above 0.8 was 4.0%,6.8%,89.2% respectively in group A,12.8%,25.6%,61.6% in group B respectively, there was significant difference between 2 groups( χ 2= 12.085 , P <0.01). Compared with BCVA(best corrected visual acuity),the percentage among them whose UCVA were better, decreased 1 or 2 lines and more than 2 lines was 77.0%,17.6%,5.4% respectively in group A, 66.7%,20.5%,12.8% in group B. There was no significant difference between 2 groups( χ 2=2.26, P >0.05). The percentage of patients who were very satisfied, satisfied, not satisfied was 64.1%, 25.6%, 10.3% respectively in group Ⅰ, 11.1%, 66.7%, 22.2% in group Ⅱ. There was significant difference between the 2 groups( χ 2=13.93, P <0.001).\ Conclusion\ LASIK is an effective method for the correction of myopia.It was found that UCVA after operation was related to the refraction before operation. The satisfaction extent of the patients has something to do with their psychological quality.[
