笔者亲历一个国有大型能源化工企业的一段蓬勃发展历史过程,并领导和推进了其法制建设进程。本文以陕煤化集团公司为例,探讨了新形势下进一步国有大型能源化工企业法制工作的顶层设计、思想建设、主要抓手以及工作重点。
