新疆准噶尔盆地油气项目土地复垦绩效评价体系构建研究

Research on performance evaluation system constructing of land reclamation in Xinjiang Junggar basin oil and gas exploitation project

通过辨识影响油气项目土地复垦绩效因素,建立油气项目土地复垦绩效的评价指标体系。将三角模糊数和层次分析法进行结合,提出了可以对油气项目土地复垦绩效进行多准则实时评价的模糊层次分析法模型,并引入三角模糊数对各个指标进行两两比较以获得指标权重,有效解决了人们评价时的模糊性问题。结果表明:该方法可以作为评价油气项目土地复垦绩效的有效工具,为同类型油气项目土地复垦绩效评价提供参考。

It is to develop an indicator system of performance evaluation for land reclamation in oil gas exploitation project by identifying the key factors that influence the performance of land reclamation of Oil gas exploitation project.Methods employed include analytic hierarchy process and Triangular fuzzy numbers.By combining the two methods above,this paper proposes a triangular fuzzy AHP approach that allows both multi-criteria and simultaneous evaluation to evaluate the performance of land reclamation project.The proposed approach is capable of removing the ambiguity in evaluation by using the triangular fuzzy numbers as a pairwise comparison scale,which can derive the weights of factors and sub-factors.The results show that the approach can be an effective tool to evaluate the performance of land reclamation in oil gas exploitation project and a reference for the performance evaluation of the similar land reclamation project in oil gas exploitation project.
