采空侧软岩巷道变形特征及支护技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决采空侧巷道的支护问题,以阳煤二矿81003工作面回风巷为研究对象,分析其在原有支护方案下的巷道变形特征,提出通过加强支护来解决巷道严重失稳的问题。采用数值模拟软件FLAC3D,对回风巷道在原有支护和加强支护情况下围岩变形情况分别进行了数值模拟,计算结果表明加强支护能有效控制巷道围岩变形,并根据计算结果得出了巷道围岩变形规律;通过工业性试验,对加强支护后的100m试验巷道围岩变形进行了监测。监测结果表明,加强支护显著提高了围岩的强度和承载能力,有效地控制了采空侧巷道围岩变形。 Aiming at the problem of support of goaf-side soft rock roadway in Yangmei Coal mines,this paper proposed the study on the deformation mechanism and relevant support technology of return airflow roadway at the 81003 working face in 2# coal mine.Based on summarizing and analyzing the data of deformation monitoring and numerical simulation,paper presented that the original support method is not able to provide the surrounding rock with sufficient compressive resistance to form stable combined arch.Additionally,effective supporting range is within the loose circle of surrounding rock,which resulted in serious deformation even failure of roadway.According to the above conclusions,the method of reinforced support was proposed and verified by using numerical simulation and industrial tests.As the method was applied to the roadway,monitoring was carried out again and showed that reinforced support observably enhanced the strength and bearing capacity of surrounding rock.The roof-to-floor and rib-to-rib convergence decreased by 52.2% and 55% respectively.Therefore,reinforced support ensured the safety and efficiency of mining face operations.
