摘要
云南某硫化铜矿采用高碱度浮选工艺,严重影响了Cu及伴生元素Ag的回收。针对此问题,本研究采用在低碱度介质下,以腐植酸钠为黄铁矿抑制剂,Y-89为捕收剂,采用一次粗选、三次精选和一次扫选的工艺流程获得了含Cu 20.91%、Ag 72.90g/t,回收率Cu 93.88%、Ag 77.91%的铜精矿,实现了铜和硫的有效分离。
The recovery of Cu and Ag has been seriously affected by adopting the flotation technology with high alkalinity medium at a copper sulfide ore in Yunnan.To solve this problem,low alkalinity medium,pyrite as inhibitors and Y-89 as collector were applied,and 20.91% Cu,72.90g/t Ag were obtained by using the process of single-stage roughing,three-stage cleaning and single-stage scavenging on the ore.The recovery of Cu and Ag attain 93.88% and 77.91%,which is very considerable.
