伴随两岸关系步入和平发展的历史新阶段,两岸社会大交流、大合作、大发展的局面已经形成。两岸大交流对统一战线的理念创新、职能作用、工作方式产生了重要影响。在大交流背景下,对台统战工作的对策建议是:加强对台统战理念创新,加强对台统战功能路径、骨干队伍、体制机制、政策体系、工作平台载体等方面的建设。

The Cross - Strait relations have come into a historical peaceful stage with the broader exchange, closer co- operation and faster development. Such enhanced exchange has greatly impacted the United Frontg theoretical innova- tion, roles and way of work. Under such circumstances, we recommend the following solutions for the United Front work towards Taiwan, i.e. to enhance theoretical innovation and strengthen the construction of a backbone force, mechanism, policy system and work platform for the United Front work towards Taiwan.
