摘要
[目的]研究苏云金杆菌CAB109菌株对甜菜夜蛾世代死亡率的影响。[方法]用CAB109亚致死浓度(0、1×105、1×106、1×107、1×108、1×109cfu/L)处理甜菜夜蛾2龄幼虫。[结果]在亚致死浓度下,CAB109菌株对甜菜夜蛾各虫态都表现出干扰作用,对整个世代的综合干扰作用控制指数(CIIPC)分别为0.696、0.497、0.362、0.228、0.094,因此世代死亡率(GM)分别达30.4%、50.3%、63.8%、77.2%和90.6%。[结论]CAB109菌株对甜菜夜蛾后续的控制作用显著。
The aim is to explore the effect of CAB109 strains of Bacillus thuringiensis on generation mortality of Spodoptera exigua. [Methods] The sublethal concentration was designed as follows(cfigL): 0, 1 × 105, 1 × 10', 1 × 107, 1×108 and 1×109respectively, and test was performed on 2nd instar larvae of Spodoptera exigua. [Results] CAB109 strains showed interference on various instars ofSpodoptera exigua, the interference index of population control of whole generation (CIIPC) was 0.696, 0.497, 0.362, 0.228 and 0.094, respectively. So the generation mortality (GM) was 30.4, 50.3, 63.8, 77.2 and 90.6% respectively. [Conclusions] CAB109 strains had significant control effect on various instars of Spodoptera exigua.
