摘要 金黄色葡萄球菌凝集因子A(ClfA)能介导金黄色葡萄球菌粘附于基质蛋白,从而感染宿主。综述了近年来关于ClfA的结构、功能及应用等方面研究进展,为深入研究金黄色葡萄球菌的致病机制和发展新的抗感染策略提供参考。 Clumping factor A (ClfA) was an important adhesin of Staphylococcus aureus that mediated bacteria adhering to extracellular matrix and also promoted clumping of bacteria in the presence of soluble fibrinogen. This paper made a general overview of research progress on the structure, functions and applications of ClfA of Staphylococcus aureus. The findings provided important leads toward the development of new therapeutic agents capable of eradicating Staphylococcus aureus carriage in individuals and interfering staphylococcal infection efficiently.
