摘要
本文通过对新疆某三甲医院非在编职工心理问卷调查,总结非在编职工的基本情况和心理现状,分析其产生的原因,并提出因地制宜、积极有效的应对措施,从而为医院人力资源科学化管理提供依据。
By the survey conducted in a Three-A hospital of Xinjiang aimed at investigating off-staff personnel＇s psychological status, this article summarizes their general situations and psychological status quo, analyzes the reasons causing the status, and proposes active countermeasures appropriate to the local conditions. It is expected to provide the basis for scientific human resources management in hospitals.
