前列炎消提取工艺优选研究

Study on Extraction Processes of Qianlieyanxiao Particulate

目的 :优选成药前列炎消的提取工艺。方法 :本试验采用 4因素 3水平 (L9)正交设计法 ,以组方中的芍药甙含量、浸膏率为指标 ,筛选影响前列炎消颗粒剂水提醇沉工艺的因素。结果 :实验设计 4因素中提取次数和醇沉浓度具有显著影响。结论 :结合实际生产需要 ,该颗粒剂最佳的提取条件是 :用水提取两次 ,每次 1h ,加水量为药材的 8倍 ,醇沉浓度80 %。

Objective: To select the optimum condition of extraction processes of Qianlieyanxiao particulate. Methods: To find the factors that effect the extraction processes of Qianlieyanxiao particulate by orthogonal test using paeoniflorin content and taking extract rate as markers. Results: Times of extraction and alcohol precipitation are remarkable factors in the test.Conclusion: Considering the demand of manufacture, the best extraction condition can be selected: to be extracted by water for 2 times, one hour for each time, 8 times quantities of water as much as the medicine material, and 80% of alcohol precipitation concentration.
