参胶蜂王颗粒药效学研究

Studies on Pharmacodynamics of Shenjiao fengwang Granules

目的 :研究参胶蜂王颗粒对小鼠耐力、记忆力、免疫功能及白细胞的影响。方法 :负重游泳测定小鼠耐力 ,水迷路方法测定记忆力 ,DTH及溶血素测定对免疫功能的作用。结果 :参胶蜂王颗粒 5 g/kg和 2 .5g/kg均可延长小鼠游泳时间、可增强小鼠的DTH反应。促进免疫功能低下小鼠的溶血素生成。 5g/kg组可提高小鼠学习记忆能力并能升高免疫功能低下小鼠的白细胞数。结论 :参胶蜂王颗粒可明显提高小鼠耐力和记忆力及免疫功能 ,并能升高免疫低下小鼠的白细胞总数。

Objective: To study the effects of Shenjiao fengwang Granules(SFG) on endurance, memory, immunologic function and white blood cell in mice. Methods: Endurance and memory were determined by swimming with loading and water maze respectively, immunologic function was determined by assaying delayed type hypersensitivity reaction and hemolysin formation. Results: SFG (5g/kg and 2.5g/kg) could prolong the swimming time and enhance the delayed type hypersensitivity reaction. The formation of hemolysin was facilitated in immunosupressive mice. The learning ability and memory were enhanced in normal mice, and the lowed WBC by cyclophosphamide were heightened. Conclusion: SFG could strenghen the endurance, enhance the learning ability and memory and increase the immunologic function in mice, and SFG has leukogenic effect.
