高效液相色谱法测定维C银翘胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量

Determination of chlorphenamine maleate in Vitamin C Yinqiao Capsule by HPLC

目的建立维C银翘胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏含量测定的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。方法采用HPLC以乙腈—0.3%十二烷基硫酸钠溶液—磷酸(60∶40∶0.02)(三乙胺调pH至3.3)为流动相,在检测波长262nm处测定马来酸氯苯那敏含量。结果马来酸氯苯那敏在0.2046～0.8182μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=1.0000,平均加样回收率为101.57%(RSD=0.70%)。结论该方法简便、可靠,重现性好,可用于维C银翘胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To develop a method for determination of chlorphenamine maleate in Vitamin C Yinqiao Capsule with high performance liquid chromatography （ HPLC） . Methods The chlorphenamine maleate in the capsule were determined by HPLC with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-twelve alkyl sodium sulfate-phosphoric acid（ three ethylamine adjusted to pH3. 3） （ 60∶40∶0. 02） . The detection wavelength was set at 262nm. Results The linear range of chlorphenamine maleate was in the ranges of 0. 2046 ～ 0. 8182μg（ r = 1） . The average recovery was 101. 57% （ RSD of 0. 70% ） . Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and reproducible,it can be used for the quality control of Vitamin C Yinqiao Capsule.
