成人急性会厌炎126例临床分析

Acute Epiglottitis in Adults—Clinical Analysis of 126 Cases

为进一步提高对成人急性会厌炎的认识 ,通过对 12 6例该病患者的临床分析 ,发现全部病例均有咽痛 ,会厌舌面粘膜均有不同程度的充血水肿 ,致使气道阻塞 ,出现呼吸困难。提出治疗重点在抗感染和维持气道通畅 ,必要时气管切开。应防止误诊。

To further improve the recognition of acute epiglottitis in adults,clinical analysis was made in 126 patients. All of them had pharyngodynia,and the mucosa of their epiglotticglossal surface had both congestion and edema in dfferent degrees,so might lead to obstruction of air passage and dyspnea The treatment should be mainly relied on antiinfection and patent air passage. Tracheotomy should be done if necessary Misdiagnosis should be avoided.
