微波结合皮损基底部干扰素注射减少尖锐湿疣复发

Decrease in Relapse of Condyloma Acuminatum by Treatment with Combination of Microwave and Interferon Injection

目的 比较 2种疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的效果。方法 选择 6 8例男性患者随机抽样分为 2组 ,实验组采用微波热凝固疗法去除疣体 ,同时皮损基底部注射干扰素 ;对照组采用尤脱欣外涂。结果 实验组愈后 3个月复发率明显低于对照组。结论 微波结合干扰素皮损基底部注射能较好地预防尖锐湿疣复发。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of two methods on treatment of condyloma acuminatum(CA).Method 68 cases of male CA patients were randomly divided into two groups. 34 patients in studied group were treated by local microwave in combination with IFN injection method Another 34 patients as controlled group were treated by topical application of Wartosin (podophyllotoxin).Results The recurrence rate of CA in studied group was obviously lower than that in controlled group after the patients had been recovered for 3 months .Conclusion A combination of microwave and IFN injection for treatmen of CA is effeetive in pnevection of CA relapse
