右室中位间隔起搏的可行性探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨完全性房室传导阻滞患者行右室中位间隔起搏(RVSP)的有效性与可行性。方法将103例因完全性房室传导阻滞行永久性心脏起搏器(DDD型)治疗的患者随机分为RVAP组51例和RVSP组52例。RVAP组行右室心尖部起搏,RVSP组行右室中位室间隔起搏,分别记录QRS波群宽度、左右室射血前时间差值(LRV-PEI)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、电极导线植入参数,并于术后3个月进行随访。结果 RVSP组QRS波群宽度明显小于RVAP组,且2组术后3个月LRVPEI比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);余起搏阈值、LVEF等参数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 RVSP电极导线相对容易到位,长期随访导线参数稳定,无脱位及起搏感知不良等事件发生,是较为良好的起搏位点。
