我院2011年中成药注射剂门诊使用情况分析

Drug Use Analysis of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in Our Hospital in 2011

目的通过对我院中成药注射剂用药情况分析,为临床合理用药和药剂科工作提供参考。方法对我院中成药注射剂的用药品种、金额、数量、用药频度、日平均费用以及处方合理性等,采用列表分析的方法,找出中成药注射剂用药规律及存在问题。结果我院中成药应用以活血化瘀、清热解毒类为主,中成药注射剂药品销售金额与医院药品销售总金额比例均值为4.43%,我院2011年中成药注射剂在门诊处方中的使用率分别为7.53%,并呈上升趋势,同时接受中成药注射液治疗的患者联合用药比例高,尤其以联合应用抗生素多见。结论我院中成药用药基本合理,价格适中且疗效确切的中成药在临床应用中占有较大份额,但部分处方存在重复用药、疗程偏长,有待规范。

Objective To analyse the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital, to provide references for rational medicine use and pharmacy work. Methods The data of the category, amount, quantity, DDDs and the average daily consumption of traditional Chinese medinine＇in our hospital during 2011 were tabulated to find out the medication rules and problems. Results The medicine of activating blood and removing stasis, clearing heat and detoxifying was used frequently. Percentage of traditional Chinese medicines consumption was 4. 43%, especially the daily injection consumption was very high. Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicines in our hospital is rational on the whole. Traditional Chinese medicines play an important part in the Clinical use for the reasonable price and aff＇Lrmative effect; however, some of the prescriptions were re- peated with long treatment course and high expense, which should be standardized.
