摘要
分析喹诺酮类药物在妇幼保健医院的临床应用现状,特别是新型的喹诺酮类药物更是具有生物利用度高、t1/2长、血药浓度高、组织分布广等优点,在妇幼保健医院被广泛用于呼吸系统、消化系统感染性疾病的治疗。但是喹诺酮类药物的临床应用增多,其耐药问题也日益突出。如何在妇幼保健医院安全、合理使用喹诺酮类药物是临床医生、药师所面临的重要问题。
By analyzing the quinolone antibiotics in clinical use in Maternal and Child Care Hospital, especially new tpye of quinolones, which have the advantages of good bioavailability, longer half- life period, high blood density and wide dis- tribution,. Some of them have been widely used in the treatment of infectious diseases of respiratory and the digestive systems in Maternal and Child Care Hospital. With the increase of clinical application of this antibacterial agents, the problem of drug re- sistance has become more obvious. How to use safely and reasonably of quinolones is an important issue that clinical doctors, pharmacists confronted whith in Maternal and Child Care Hospital .
