摘要
目的探讨妊娠子痫患者的整体护理。方法 2005年1月—2010年1月我院住院治疗的妊娠子痫患者40例,在治疗的同时实施整体护理。结果 40例患者均成功分娩,无孕产妇死亡,无围生儿死亡,住院时间为11～20d,平均住院13.6d。结论通过对妊娠子痫患者实施整体护理,全方面保证了孕妇与胎儿的健康,同时对产科质量的提高具有重要意义。
Objective To study the comprehensive nursing patients with pregnancy eclampsia. Methods A total of 40 patients,who wrer from August 2009 to January 2012 in my hospital,The patients were with pregnancy eclampsia. And at the same time,they wre in the treatment of implementation of the holistic nursing care. Results The patients were successful delivery,and they had no maternal death,unconfined begat death,length of hospital stay was 11 ～ 20d,average hospitalization 13. 6 d. Conclusion Through the implementation of the patients with pregnancy eclampsia holistic nursing,which is all aspects to ensure the pregnant women and the health of the fetus,and at the same time,it can improve the quality of obstetric,which has important significance.
