氯吡格雷辅治不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

Effect observation of clopidogrel in the auxiliary cure of unstable angina pectoris

目的观察氯吡格雷辅治不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床效果。方法将126例UAP患者随机分为观察组和对照组各63例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用氯吡格雷。观察2组临床疗效和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为92.1%高于对照组的71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯吡格雷辅治UAP安全有效。

Objective To observe the efficacy of clopidogrel in the auxiliary cure of unstable angina pectoris（UAP）. Methods 126 cases patients with UAP were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 63 cases. Control group was given conventional treatment. Observation group was given clopidogrel on the basis of control group. After treatment,compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of 2 groups. Results The total efficiency of observation group （92.1% ） was higher than that of control group（71.4% ） ,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05 ）. The adverse reactions of 2 groups was no statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Clopidogrel in the auxiliary cure of unstable an gina pectoris is safe and effective.
