血清CA15-3、CEA联合检测在乳腺癌诊治中的临床意义

The clinical significance of combined detection of CA15-3,CEA in diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer

目的观察血清CA15-3和CEA联合检测在乳腺癌临床诊治中的价值。方法选取乳腺癌患者50例作为观察组,另选取乳腺良性病变患者50例作为对照组。采取免疫放射分析法,分别对2组血清CA15-3和CEA进行联合检测,比较2组CA15-3和CEA水平和阳性率的差异,并比较50例乳腺癌患者中手术后复发、转移患者与治愈患者的血清CA15-3、CEA水平和阳性率的差异。结果观察组CA15-3和CEA检测数值及其阳性率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治愈28例(56.0%),复发13例(26.0%),术后转移9例(18.0%),术后复发与转移患者CA15-3和CEA的检测值和阳性率均显著高于治愈患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清CA15-3和CEA的联合检测不仅能提高乳腺癌的诊断率,还可作为评价预后的有效指征,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe analysis the clinical efficacy of combined detection of CA15-3,CEA in diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Methods Selected 50 cases patients with breast cancer as observation group,and selected 50 cases patients with benign breast disease as control group. CA15-3, CEA of 2 groups were detected by immunoradiometric as say. Compared the level of CA15-3 and CEA of 2 groups, Compared the positive rate of 2 groups. Compared the level of CA15- 3 and CEA between recrudesce, transform patients and the cured patients. Compared the positive rate between recrudesce, transform patients and cured patients. Results The level of CA15-3, CEA and positive rare were higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Observation group cured 28 eases（ 56.0% ） ,recurrence 13 cases （26.0%） ,postoperative metastasis 9cases （ 18.0% ）. The level of CA15-3 and CEA of recrudesce, transform patients were higher than that of cured patients, the positive rate of recrudesce, transform patients were higher than that of cured patients, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined detection of CA15-3 ,CEA can improve the di agnosis rate of breast cancer,can be a valid indications for assess prognesis,h is worthy of clinical application.
