摘要
目的观察上消化道大出血患者综合护理的效果。方法 45例上消化道大出血患者在积极治疗及常规基础护理上给予综合护理措施,观察综合护理的效果。结果治愈38例(84.44%),好转6例(13.33%),死亡1例(2.22%),总有效率为97.78%。结论综合护理干预可提高上消化道大出血患者治疗的成功率。
Objective To observe the nursing efficacy of comprehensive nursing care in massive hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract. Methods 45 cases patients with massive hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract were given compre hensive nursing based on the routine treatment and nursing,observe the efficacy of comprehensive nursing. Results 38 cases were cured （ 84.44% ）, improved in 6 cases （ 13.33% ）, 1 cases of death （ 2.22% ）, the total efficiency was 97. 78%. Con clusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the treatment success rate of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in pa tients.
