摘要
目的观察米非司酮联合米索前列醇用于妊娠引产的效果。方法 318例妊娠引产孕妇入院后给予米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗,观察临床效果。结果治疗后24h内排出孕囊238例(74.8%),第4天加服米索前列醇200μg口服,同时给予米索前列醇400μg阴道放置后,24h内排出孕囊63例(19.8%),失败17例(5.3%)。结论米非司酮联合米索前列醇用于妊娠引产疗效较好。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in induction of la bor. Methods 318 cases patients with induction of labor were treated by mifepristone combined with misoprostol,observe the clinical efficacy. Results 238 cases （74. 8% ） gestational sac were discharge after treatment within 24 hours,4 days after treatment, given misoprostol 200 μg, oral, misoprostol 400μp, g, placed in vagina, 63 cases （ 19.8 % ） patients gestational sac were discharge after treatment within 24 hours,failed 17 cases（5.3% ）. Conclusion Mifepristone and misoprostol in treatment of in duction of labor has a good efficacy.
