顺铂联合5-Fu治疗晚期宫颈癌近期疗效观察

Efficacy and safety evaluation of cisplatin in combination with 5-fluorouracil in treatment of advanced cervical cancer near-term

目的探讨局部晚期宫颈癌应用顺铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)治疗中的近期疗效及安全性。方法对新沂市人民医院2008年12月—2012年9月收治的确诊为IIb2～IIIb期的局部宫颈癌患者33例为研究对象,按治疗方式的不同随机分为研究组(17例)与对照组(16例),其中对照组行广泛性子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术,研究组先行顺铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶化疗,化疗结束后再行广泛性子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术,观察两组患者的近期临床效果及不良反应。结果本研究结果显示不同期别宫颈癌患者术前化疗后IIb有效率为70.0%,IIIa为75.0%,IIIb为60.0%。术后病理学检查发现研究组患者盆腔淋巴结阳性率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后宫旁浸润阳性率研究组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论局部晚期宫颈癌患者应用顺铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗近期临床疗效显著,且能提高手术质量。

Objective To investigate locally advanced cervical application of cisplatin combined near - term efficacy and safety of 5 - fluorouracil treatment. Methods Diagnosed in our hospital from December 2008 to September 2012 admit- ted local IIb2- IIIb cervical cancer patients for the study were randomly divided into treatment group （I7 cases）and control group （16 cases） ,the control group underwent radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection, research group first eisplatin in combination with 5 - fluorouracil chemotherapy line radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node disseetion were observed after the end of chemotherapy. Results The results of this study showed that the different stage cervical eaneer patients before chemotherapy IIb effective rate of 70. 0% and 75.0% in Ilia and Ⅲb 60. 0% Postoperative pathological examination revealed ,that the study group of patients with pelvic lymph node positive rate was Ⅱsignificantly lower than that of the control group ,the difference was statistieally significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Parametrial inva- sion after positive rate of the study group and the control group showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Patients with locally advanced cervical application of cisplatin in combination with 5 - fluorouracil in the treatment of recent significant clinical effect, and can improve the quality of operation.
