摘要
肺Krtippel样转录因子(KLF2/LKLF)是锌指Krtippel样转录因子家族成员之一,由于最初发现KLF2主要在肺内表达因此也称为LKLF。研究表明KLF2在肺与血管的发育,T细胞静止、活化和迁移中起重要作用。近年的研究表明,KI。F2对许多疾病的发生、发展起重要作用,尤其对肺部炎性疾病起着至关重要的作用。本文就KLF2的结构和功能及其对疾病的影响作一综述。
Lung Kriappel-like transcription factor (KLF2 / LKLF) is a member of Krtippel-like zinc finger transcription factor family. Because it is initially found that KLF2 expresses in the lungs, it is also known as LKLF. The studies show that KLF2 plays an important role in the lung and vascular development, mature T cell survival, stationary, and migration. Recent studies suggest that KLF2 is involved in the occurrence and development of many diseases, especially plays a vital role in lung inflammatory diseases. This article reviews the structure and function of KLF2, and its impact on the disease.
