摘要
目的观察新诊断多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者75gOGTT中血清内源性YY肽(PYY)水平的变化。方法纳入48例PCOS患者(PCOS组)和32名健康体检者(NC组),比较两组血清PYY-0、30min水平。根据BMI水平,将PCOS组分为超重或肥胖(PCOSObesity)亚组与体重正常(PCOSLean)亚组,比较两亚组血清PYY-0、30 min水平。检测研究对象睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、FPG和胰岛素水平,并进行比较。结果 (1)NC组PYY-0、30min水平高于PCOS组(P<0.01);(2)PCOSLean亚组PYY-0、30min-水平高于PCOSObesity亚组(P<0.01);(3)PCOS组空腹血清PYY水平与WC、BMI呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 PCOS患者OGTT中内源性PYY水平异常,但具体机制尚待深入研究。
Objective To observe the concentration changes in serum peptide YY (PYY) during oral glucose tolerance test (75 gOGTT) in patients with newly-diagnosed polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods Forty-eight patients with newly-diagnosed PCOS and 32 healthy volunteers were recruited in the study. All the participants experienced an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). The concentrations of fasting and 30-minute serum PYY were compared between the PCOS group and control group. The PCOS patients were divided into overweight/obese (PCOSobesity) and non-obese (PCOSLean) subgroups according to BMI≥25 kg/m2 or 〈25 kg/m2. The concentrations of fasting and 30-minute serum PYY were compared between the subgroups. Meanwhile, the levels of testosterone (T), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), and insulin of all participants were measured and compared. Results (1) The concentrations of fasting and 30-minute serum PYY were higher in the NC group than in the PCOS group (P〈0. 01). (2)The concentrations of fasting and 30-minute serum PYY were higher in the PCOSLean subgroup than in the PCOSobeaity subgroup (P〈0. 01). (3) The concentration of fasting serum PYY in the PCX)S group was negatively correlated with waist circumference and BMI (P〈0. 01). Conclusion The PCOS patients have abnormal level of endogenous PYY during 75 gOGTT. The specific mechanism needs to be further studied.
