摘要
目的探讨血清生长停滞特异性基因产物6(GAS6)水平与T2DM、肥胖的相关性及临床意义。方法新诊断T2DM患者(T2DM组)46例和NGT者(NGT组)42名按BMI 18.5kg/m2<BMI<24.9kg/m2或≥25kg/m2又各自分为正常体重和超重/肥胖亚组。采用ELISA法测定空腹血清GAS6水平。结果 T2DM组血清GAS6浓度低于NGT组[(10.63±1.95)vs(14.27±3.82)ng/ml](P<0.01)。偏相关分析显示,血清GAS6与BMI、WC、FPG、HbA1c、C-RP、TNF-α、IL-6呈负相关(r分别为-0.235、-0.266、-0.362、-0.427、-0.268、-0.442、-0.380,P<0.05或P<0.01),与HDL-C呈正相关(r=0.235,P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,BMI、HbA1c、TNF-α(β分别为-0.190、-0.483、-0.580)为血清GAS6水平的独立影响因素。结论 T2DM患者血清GAS6水平低于NGT者,BMI、HbA1c、TNF-α与GAS6呈独立负相关。
Objective To evaluate the association of serum growth arrest-specific gene 6 (GAS6) with T2DM and overweight. Methods Forty-two subjects with normal glucose tolerance (NGT) and forty-six patients with newly diagnosed T2DM were selected and each group was divided into normal weight and overweight subgroups according to BMI 18. 5 kg/m2 〈BMI 〈24. 9 kg/m2 or 〈25 kg/m2. The level of serum GAS6 was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Compared with NGT group (14. 27 ± 3. 82) ng/ml, the level of GAS6 in T2DM group (10. 63±1.95) ng/ml was .significantly lower (P〈0. 01). Correlation analysis showed that serum GAS6 was negatively correlated with BMI (r=-0.235), WC (r=-0.266), FPG (r=-0.362), HbA1c (r= -0. 427) , C-RP (r= -0. 268) ,TNF-a (r=-0. 442), and IL-6(r= -0. 380), (P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01), and positively with HDL-C (r=0. 235) (P〈0. 05). Furthermore, multiple step-wise regression analysis showed that BMI, HbA1c, and TNF-a were the independent factors for GAS6. Conclusion Serum GAS6 level in T2DM patients is lower, and it is negatively correlated with BMI, HbA1 c, and TNF-a independently.
