PKC-δ:A new target for prevention of diabetic vascular complications

摘要 糖尿病并发症是糖尿病患者致死致残的主要原因,其病理生理机制中涉及蛋白激酶C(PKC)信号途径的激活。PKC-δ亚型的激活及其产生的后续效应参与了糖尿病大血管及微血管病变的发生发展。在细胞凋亡、增殖迁移及调节血管功能相关的细胞因子及细胞外基质方面,PKC-δ起到关键作用。故开发针对PKC-δ的特异性药物具有很大的前景。 Diabetic complications are the main reason for death and disability in diabetics. Its pathophysiological mechanism involves the activation of PKC signaling pathway. It is reported that the activation of PKC-δ and its effect triggers the micro- and macro-vascular complications by participating in cell apoptosis, proliferation and migration, and by regulating the associated cytokine and extracellular matrix. So the therapeutic drug targeting at PKC-δ is very potential.
