肾上腺囊肿的诊断与治疗(附42例报告)

Diagnosis and treatment of adrenal cysts(Report of 42 cases)

目的探讨肾上腺囊肿的临床特点、诊治方法及预后。方法回顾性分析42例肾上腺囊肿患者的临床资料及12例术后随访,并复习相关文献。结果 39例患者行手术切除肾上腺病变,术后病理诊断均为肾上腺囊肿,术后随访9个月～6年,均无囊肿复发及恶变。结论肾上腺囊肿系泌尿系的少见疾病,绝大多数为良性。结合影像学等资料能够初步诊断,确诊依靠病理,治疗以后腹腔镜手术为主,预后良好。

【Objective】To investigate the clinical feature, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of adrenal cysts. 【Method】A retrospective study was done including reviewing the clinical data of 42 patients with adrenal cysts. 12 patients with adrenal cysts have been successfully followed-up and associated literature was reviewed. 【Result】39 patients were excised. All of them were confirmed adrenal cysts by pathological. Recurrence has not been found during follow-up from 9 months to 6 years. 【Conclusion】Adrenal cysts are a kind of tumor rarely occurred in clinic and most of them are begnine. The initial diagnosis needs combination of medical imaging and pathology. Retroperitoneal laparoscopy is the main choice for the treatment of adrenal cyst, and the prognosis is well.
