CAP方案不同用药途径治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效比较

A comparison of effect in differential ways for non-small cell lung cancer with CAP regimen

目的:比较CAP方案经支气管动脉灌注与外周静脉用药治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法:45例患者随机分为A、B两组,均用CAP方案治疗,A组经支气管动脉灌注用药,B组经外周静脉用药,均治疗3个疗程。结果:A组CR14.3％,PR57.1％,B组CR为0,PR 37.5％。毒副反应:A组的Ⅱ～Ⅲ度骨髓抑制及消化道反应均低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:CAP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌经支气管动脉灌注疗效优于经外周静脉用药,且毒副反应较轻。

Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of bronchial arterial infusion (BAT) and intravenous chemotherapy with CAP (CTX + ADM + DDP) regimen on nonsmall cell lung cancer.Methods:45 cases of non - small cell lung cancer were randomly di-vided into group A and B. Both were treated with CAP regimen. Group A was treated by bronchial arterial infusion, whereas group B by intravenous chemotherapy. All 45 cases were treated through three courses.Results: The complete remission rate and the partial response rate of group B were 14.3% and 57.1%, and those in group A were zero and 37.5 % respectively. Toxic reactions: The de-gree 2 and degree 3 myelosuppression and the digestive tract reaction in group A were less than those in group B ( P < 0.05) .Conclusions: Non - small cell lung cancer treated with CAP regimen by bronchial arterial infusion has therapeutic prepotency and less toxicty.
