干旱胁迫对五种观赏蕨类植物叶绿素荧光特性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了解观赏蕨类植物的抗旱机制,在干旱胁迫诱导下对波士顿肾蕨、粗毛鳞盖蕨、狼尾蕨、肾蕨和铁线蕨5种观赏蕨类植物的叶绿素荧光参数进行测量和分析。结果表明:5种蕨菜的Fm值都呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势,且粗毛鳞盖蕨的Fm值在处理后12d时显著高于其它4个品种;而F0值呈现先下降后上升的趋势;粗毛鳞盖蕨Fv/Fm值的变化浮动为0.03,其受到干旱胁迫的影响相对较小;粗毛鳞盖蕨qP值下降的幅度不大;而狼尾蕨qP值在后期极显著的高于其它品种;波士顿肾蕨和粗毛鳞盖蕨qN值波动分别在0.42~0.52和0.41~0.55之间,而狼尾蕨、肾蕨和铁线蕨在后期表现出qN值的上升,表明其叶片的自我保护机制较强。综合以上的叶绿素荧光参数变化,可以看出狼尾蕨和粗毛鳞盖蕨的抗旱能力相对其它蕨类品种较强。 The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of 5 species of ornamental ferns under drought stress were determined and analyzed in order to understand the mechanism of drought resistance, including Nephralepis eacaltata cv. Bastaniensis, Microlepia strigosa ( Thunb. ) Presl, Davallia bullata , Nephrolepiscordifolia (L.) Presl and Adiantum capillus-veneris Linn. The results showed that the Fm value of 5 species increased firstly and then decreased,and the Fm value of Microlepia strigosa (Thunb.) Presl at 12 days after treatment was significantly higher than that of other 4and the value of F0 showed the first decline after rising trend;the Fv/Fm of Microlepia strigosa (Thunb.) Presl was floating within 0. 03,the effects of drought stress was relatively small;the qP of Microlepia strigosa (Thunb.) Presl amplitude decreased and the qP value of wolf tail fern was significamly higher than that in the other species in the late the qN value of Nephralepis exaltata cv. Bastaniensis and Microlepia strigosa (Thunb.) Presl fluctuated between 0. 42-0. 52 and 0. 41-0. 55,and the qN values showed increased in the later of Davallia bullata ,Nephrole piscordifolia (L.)Presl and Adiantum capillus-veneris Linn, and it showed that the leaves of self-protection mechanism were strong. Synthesis of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the changes mentioned above could be seen that the drought resistance ability of Davallia bullata and Microlepia strigosa (Thunb.) Presl stronger relative to others.
