新疆干旱条件下常用玉米自交系耐旱性鉴定研究 被引量:1

Physiological Properties of Purple Corn Hybrid Combinations of Different Combining Types

摘要 采用随机区组试验设计,在正常灌溉和干旱胁迫处理下,对47份我国常用亲本自交系耐旱性及各项指标进行筛选和鉴定。结果表明,在重度干旱胁迫条件下,耐旱性极强的自交系有3个,分别为英64、478、掖52106;耐旱性强的自交系有15个,分别为38-11、Mo17、吉853、自330、III.Hy、黄C、沈5003、444、Lx9801、丹340、郑58、C103、郑22、吉63、X178。在中度干旱胁迫条件下,耐旱性极强的自交系有3个,分别为英64、38-11、齐319;耐旱性强的自交系有8个,分别为Mo17Ht、郑58、K12、L289、塘四平头、444、478、沈5003。 Physiological indexes of six purple corn hybrid combinations crossed by ten maize inbred lines were studied in this experiment. The results showed that chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll (a+b) content and chloro- phyll a/b of the purple plant combinations were lower than those of green plant ones, while the changing trend of carotenoid content was opposite, the higher the leaf anthocyanin content was, the lower the photosynthetic rate was. The leaves senescence of purple corn combinations of purple plant was faster than those green plant ones. The experi-ment also showed that high yield of anthocyanin could still be obtained by purple corn × non-purple corn cross.
