摘要
利用一套以自交系综3为受体亲本的80个导入系群体为试验材料,在3个不同环境下对株高、穗位高、穗长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、单株产量和百粒重等进行表型鉴定。在3个环境下共检测到与8个性状显著相关的位点60个,其中至少在两个环境中被检测的位点7个,一因多效位点12个,QTL富集区8个且大部分为一因多效位点。
The introgression lines populations including 80 lines were used to detect QTL tor plant height, ear height, ear length, ear diameter, row number, kernel number per row, yield per plant and kernel weight at three loca- tions. A total of 60 signifieant loci were identified, seven loei of them were commonly identified in at least two environ- ments. Of them, eight loci had pleiotropic effects, and there were 8 chromosomal regions harboring multiple significant loci.
