复合辅酶在晚期非小细胞肺癌含洛铂化疗中的辅助治疗效果观察

The curative effect of coenzyme complex in lobaplatin-based chemotherapy for advanced non-small-cell lung cancer patients

目的研究含洛铂化疗中复合辅酶辅助应用的效果。方法 59例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者接受含洛铂方案化疗,将患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组30例,对照组29例,试验组在化疗中连续给予注射用复合辅酶200 u,对照组仅接受化疗。观察不同组患者的毒副反应及近期疗效,远期1、2年生存率。结果试验组和对照组两组患者白细胞降低、中性粒细胞减少(≥Ⅱ度)发生率分别为43.33%、40%和79.31%、65.51%,血小板降低(≥Ⅱ度)发生率分别为33.33%、93.10%,差异均有显著性(P=0.001;P=0.005;P=0.000)。肾功能损伤、肝毒性指标两组比较,P值很小,提示有较明显差异;接受4个周期化疗后疗效评价,两组临床有效率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),随访生存资料经生存分析两组差异无显著性,但试验组较好。结论注射用复合辅酶在洛铂化疗中作为辅助治疗有较好的效果,可减轻洛铂引起的各种毒副反应,且有助于远期生存率。

【Objective】To study curative effect of coenzyme complex in chemotherapy with Lobaplatin.【Methods】59 patients with non-small cell lung cancer,who all accepted chemotherapy with Lobaplatin,were randomly divided into two groups： ① 30 cases in treatment group were continuous given injections with 200 units of coenzyme complex during chemotherapy;② 29 cases in control group were set as blank control.Toxic reaction,short-term effects,l-year and 2-year survival rate of patients in two groups were observed.【Results】Incidences of leucopenia,neutropenia,which were greater or equal to II degree,among patients of two groups are respectively 43.33%,40%,79.31%,65.51%,while that of thrombocytopenia are 33.33%,93.10%;The difference between two groups are significant（P =0.001,P =0.005;P =0.000）.The differences in hepatotoxicity and renal toxicity between two groups are evident according to the small p value.After 4 periods of chemotherapy,the difference of curative effect evaluation between two groups is not statistically significant（P〉 0.05）.According to survival analysis,survival rate of patients between two groups is also not statistically significant,and that of treatment group is slight better than control group.【Conclusions】As adjuvant therapy of chemotherapy with Lobaplatin,coenzyme complex injection has good effect in decreasing the toxicities of chemotherapy with Lobaplatin,and increasing the long-term survival rate.
