脑脊液置换术治疗结核性脑膜炎的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of cerebrospinal fluid replacement in the treatment of tuberculous meningitis

目的探讨脑脊液置换术治疗结核性脑膜炎的临床疗效。方法该院2011年2-12月治疗的30例对照组患者用静脉抗结核病药物治疗,30例治疗组患者用脑脊液置换术治疗。结果观察组症状缓解时间显著快于对照组,脑脊液中蛋白含量及脑脊液压力显著低于对照组,临床疗效显著优于对照组,后遗症发生率差异无显著性。结论脑脊液置换术治疗结核性脑膜炎临床疗效显著,对并发症的发生起到预防作用。

【Objective】To investigate the clinical efficacy of cerebrospinal fluid replacement in the treatment of tuberculous meningitis.【Methods】30 cases of control group in our hospital from February 2011 to December 2011 were treated using anti-TB drugs through vein,and 30 cases of treatment group were treated with cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy.【Results】symptoms recovering time of observation group was significantly faster than that of control group.The protein content in cerebrospinal fluid and cerebrospinal fluid pressure of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group.The clinical efficacy of observation group was significantly better than that of control group.There was no significant difference in the sequela.【Conclusion】The clinical efficacy of cerebrospinal fluid replacement in the treatment of tuberculous meningitis is significant,and it is good for preventing complicance.
