高频彩色多普勒超声在小儿常见急腹症诊断价值的研究

Value of high-frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of common acute abdomen in children

目的分析小儿常见急腹症中急性阑尾炎,肠套叠,肠系膜淋巴结炎,腹股沟嵌顿疝等超声表现,探讨高频彩色多普勒在诊断小儿常见急腹症的应用价值。方法应用高频彩色多普勒超声对370例临床拟诊急腹症患儿进行超声检查。结果 370例常见急腹症患儿中,急性阑尾炎149/157例(94.9%),肠套叠56/60例(93.3%),肠系膜淋巴结炎122/132例(92.4%),腹股沟嵌顿疝20/21例(95.2%),均有较典型声像图表现。结论高频彩色多普勒超声能为诊断小儿常见急腹症提供更可靠依据,对临床诊断及选择治疗方案具有重要的指导意义。

【Objective】The ultrasonography of the acute appendicitis,inussusception,mesenteric lymphadenitis,inguinal incarceration hernia in children acute abdomen was retrospectively analyzed to investigate the clinical significance of high-frequency color doppler ultrasound in the application of children acute abdomen.【Methods】370 cases of children acute abdomen for clinical diagnosis were examined by high frequency color doppler ultrasound.【Results】Among 370 cases acute abdomen of children,acute appendicitis 149/157（94.9%）,inussusception 56/ 60（93.3%）,mesentrric lymphadenitis 122 /132（92.4%）,inguinal incarceration hernia 20/21（95.2%）,all of them have typically ultrasonography.【Conclusions】High frequency color doppler ultrasound can provide reliable basis for the diagnosis of children acute abdomen,and it also has important guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment choice.
