B超引导下穿刺置管引流术治疗肝脓肿临床观察

Puncture and indewelling catheter drainage under ultrasound guided for the treatment of liver abscess

目的探讨在超声引导下穿刺置管引流术对肝脓肿治疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析30例肝脓肿病人通过进行B超引导下行肝脓肿穿刺置管引流治疗的临床资料。结果该组30例病人共进行36次穿刺置管引流术,治疗效果满意。结论 B超引导下肝脓肿穿刺置管引流术具有简便、安全、并发症低的优点,可用于治疗大多数肝脓肿。

【Objective】To investigate the curative effect of liver abscess using puncture and indewelling catheter drainage under ultrasound guided.【Methods】A retrospective analysis was conducted of the clinical data of 30 patients with liver abscess that by B ultrasound guided puncture drainage for liver abscess catheter.【Results】30 cases underwent puncture and indewelling catheter drainage in 36 times,and all of those were cured.【Conclusion】 This method possesses simple,safe and low complications.It can be used to treat the most of liver abscess.
