Bcl-2/Bid在胃癌的差异性表达与临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2基因(B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 gene,Bcl-2)和促细胞凋亡成员Bid(BH3交叉域死亡受体激动剂,BH3-interacting domain death agonis,Bid)在胃癌及切缘组织中的表达,以探讨其与胃癌发生发展的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测42例胃癌及切缘上皮组织中Bcl-2和Bid的表达。结果胃癌中Bcl-2的阳性表达率(69.05%)明显高于胃切缘上皮组织(21.43%)(P<0.05),Bcl-2表达水平与胃癌患者的年龄、性别和浸润深度无关(P>0.05),而与肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);胃癌中Bid的阳性表达率(26.19%)明显低于胃切缘上皮组织(76.19%)(P<0.05),Bid表达水平与胃癌患者的年龄和性别无关(P>0.05),而与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);Bcl-2和Bid在42例胃癌组织中的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.483,P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中Bcl-2蛋白表达上调,Bid蛋白表达下调,共同参与胃癌的发生发展;二者可能是胃癌侵袭、转移、演进和预后的生物学指标。 【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between the expression of B-cell lymphoma/ leukemia-2 gene(Bcl-2) and BH3-interacting domain death agonis(Bid) in gastric carcinoma and normal margin tissue and development of gastric carcinoma.【Methods】 SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect expression level of Bcl-2 and Bid in 42 cases of gastric carcinoma and margin tissue.【Results】 The positive expression rate of Bcl-2 of gastric carcinoma tissues(69.05%) was significantly higher than that of margin tissue(21.43%)(P〈0.05),the expression of Bcl-2 in gastric cancer had not significantly correlation respectively with patient's age,gender and invasive depth(P〈0.05),but had significantly correlation with differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of the tumor(P〈0.05);The positive expression rate of Bid of gastric carcinoma tissues(26.19%) was significantly lower than that of margin tissue(76.19%)(P〈0.05),the expression of Bid in gastric cancer had not significantly correlation respectively with patient's age and gender(P〈0.05),but had significantly correlation with differentiation,invasive depth,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of the tumor(P〈0.05).【Conclusion】 Up-regulated expression of Bcl-2 and Down-regulated expression of Bid are commonly involved in development gastric cancer;they may be biology index of invasion,diversion,advancement and prognostic of the gastric carcinoma.
