摘要 奥美沙坦酯,一种血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体(AT1)拮抗剂,用于高血压病的治疗。将该化合物的合成路线及其关键中间体——2-丙基-4-(1-羟基-1-甲基乙基)-1H-咪唑-5-羧酸乙酯和2-腈基-4'-甲基联苯(CMBP)的各种合成方法作一综合性论述。 Olmesartan medoxomil, an angiotensin Ⅱ 1 receptor (AT1) antagonist,is widely used for the treatment of hyper-tension and related diseases. This review summarized the syn- thesis methods of olmesartan medoxomil and the key interme-diates ethyl 4-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl) -2-propyl-1H-imidaz-ole-5-carboxylate and 2-cyano-4'-methyl-biphenyl (CMBP) thereof. Furthermore, each synthetic route was evaluated and compared with others.
