摘要
针对染料废水具有COD高、BOD5/COD低和具有生物毒性的特性,采用Fenton试剂预氧化-活性污泥组合工艺进行罗丹明B染料废水的处理试验。结果表明,废水经Fenton预氧化后,染料脱色率为99.80%,COD去除率为35.38%,废水的BOD5/COD由0.055升高至0.547,可生化性大大提高。经活性污泥处理后的出水COD为82 mg/L,达到了GB 8978-1996一级排放标准。
According to the characteristics of dye wastewater,such as high COD concentration,low BOD5/COD,and biological toxicity,experiments on the treatment of dye wastewater were conducted by Fenton oxidation and activated sludge combined processes.Results show that decolorization rate of Rhodamine B is about 99.80% and COD removal rate is 35.38%.The ratio of BOD5/COD goes up from 0.055 to 0.547 in wastewater treated by the procedure of Fenton oxidation and activated sludge.COD in the effluent after activated sludge treatment is 82 mg/L,the water quality satisfies the standard of grade 1 in GB 8978-1996.
