摘要
为了研究2级上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)处理溴素废水的效果,考察了COD去除率、硫酸盐去除率、甲烷转化率、VFA与游离H2S含量随着进水负荷提高的变化情况。结果表明,当进水COD维持在10 g/L左右、SO42-质量浓度的控制在1.5 g/L左右、COD容积负荷提高到14 g/(L.d)时,2级UASB可以稳定运行。系统的COD去除率稳定在70%左右,硫酸盐去除率仅10%左右(主要原因是进水中含有大量磺酸盐),甲烷转化率稳定在70%,系统中VFA和游离H2S含量均处在适宜的水平。
To study the bromine wastewater treatment effect by two-stage upflow anaerobic sludge bed(two-UASB) technology,the changes of COD,sulfate,methane removal rate,and VFA and free H2S content with the increase of feed water load were investigated.Results show that when the inflow COD was 10 g/L,SO42-mass concentration was 1.5 g/L and COD volumetric loading was 14 g/(L.d),the TWO-UASB process can be stable operation.The removal rate of COD and sulfate was 70% and 10%,respectively.Methane conversion rate was about 70%,meanwhile,the VFA and free H2S content in the system at an appropriate level.
