摘要
对集A2O2和深井曝气技术于一体的井式A2O2工艺进行改进,省去了耗能较高的混合液回流环节,根据理论与运行经验合理控制温度、pH、DO、MLSS、污泥回流比等参数,并通过监测DO来反馈调节自回流量的大小,保证系统正常运行。同时,结合硝化反硝化脱氮(SND)、反硝化除磷及动力学原理,研究了该工艺脱氮除磷的效果及处理污废水的能力。结果表明,井式A2O2的改良工艺出水TOC、TP、TN、NH4+-N满足GB 18918-2002一级A排放标准,对污废水具有一定的抗水力负荷能力,在节能的同时强化了硝化反硝化脱氮除磷效果。
Well type A2O2process by combination of A2O2and deep well aeration technology was improved,without the energy-consuming mixture reflux.According to the theory and operation experience,reasonably control the temperature,pH,DO,MLSS and mixture reflux ratio parameters,and monitor the mixture reflux by the DO to ensure the normal operation of system.The nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect,and organic wastewater treatment ability of this process was studied,by combination of nitrification and denitrification denitrification(SND),denitrifying phosphorus removal,and dynamics theory.Results showed that the TOC,TP,TN,NH4+-N of effluent with improved well type A2O2treatment process meet the GB18918-2002 grade discharge standard,with ability to resist hydraulic load for sludge wastewater,which strengthen the effect of nitrification denitrification and nitrogen phosphorus and it is also energy-efficient.
