摘要
采用光催化氧化法对炼油净化水进行试验,通过静态试验考察了不同催化剂对净化水的处理能力。结果表明,纳米型TiO2催化剂对COD和苯酚的去除率分别为52.25%和41.12%,而复合催化剂中以Fe3+-TiO2催化剂效果最好,其去除率分别为42.26%和33.98%。动态试验考察不同因素对催化氧化的影响。结果表明,在循环流量60 L/h、光照时间8 h、光照强度240 W/m2下,处理效果较好,COD和苯酚的脱除率明显提高,分别达到75%、48%。
Refinery purified water was treated by TiO2photo catalytic oxidation method.By means of static oxidation experiments,the ability of different catalysts for purified water treatment were studied,which showed that nano-TiO2 catalyst of the removal rate on COD and phenol were 52.25% and 41.12%.And the Fe3+-TiO2 showed the better removal rate in the three kinds of composite catalysts.Based on this,further investigation was conducted about the effect of different factors on catalytic oxidation.Results show that when the flow is 60 L/h,illumination time is 8 h and illumination intensity is 240 W/m2,the removal rate on COD and phenol are 75% and 48%.
