摘要
分析了某造纸厂废水处理工程改造后的运行情况,实例表明采用厌氧-好氧的组合工艺处理效果良好,排水口COD、BOD5和SS质量浓度分别为45、20、20 mg/L,出水水质满足制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准GB 3544-2008的排放要求。另外,工程中废水的循环回用,不仅回收了流失的纤维,同时减少了新鲜水用量及废水排放量,节约了水资源。
This paper analyzed the operation of wastewater treatment project after reconstruction in a papermaking mill.It showed that the anaerobic-aerobic process had good effect.The COD,BOD5and SS of outlet water were 45 mg/L,20 mg/L and 20 mg/L,respectively.The effluent water quality met the "discharge standard of water pollutants for pulp and paper industry" of GB 3544-2008.In addition,the reuse of wastewater recovered the loss fiber,and it also reduced fresh water consumption and wastewater emissions.It saved the water resources.
