摘要
根据形核长大理论,考虑加热速度的影响,建立了非等温条件下奥氏体化动力学模型。通过试验分析得到了不同加热速度下Cr5钢奥氏体化动力学曲线,研究了加热速度对相变过程的影响。通过对试验数据的回归分析,建立了Cr5钢奥氏体化动力学模型,并提出了加热速度与相变表观激活能的半经验函数关系。对比试验结果表明,所建立的模型和试验实测数据吻合较好。
A model describing the non-isothermal austenite formation is presented according to the theroy of nucleation and growth considering the influence of heating rate.The austenite transformation kinetics curves under different heating rate were experimentally investigated for Cr5 steel,and the effect of heating rate on the austenite formation was studied.The kinitics model of austenite formation of Cr5 steel was established by regression on the experimental data.Also semi-empirically functional relationship between heating rate and apparent activation energy was derived.Calculated results of austenite reaction meet well with the experimental data.
