摘要
介绍了热成形用钢AC1500HS的成分以及轧制和热成形工艺。采用热模拟试验机测定了热成形钢AC1500HS的CCT曲线;模拟了热成形工艺,探索了AC1500HS钢获得较高抗拉强度的热冲压成形工艺;进行了钢板热冲压汽车零件试制,尺寸精度及成形性能良好,抗拉强度达到1500 MPa以上,完全满足汽车零件要求。
Chemical composition and rolling and hot stamping process of AC1500HS hot stamping steel were introduced.CCT curves of the AC1500HS hot stamping steel was determined by using thermal mechanical simulator,the process of hot stamping was simulated and the processes parameters of AC1500HS steel with higher tensile strength were investigated.The trial-manufacture shows that the real automobiles parts made of the AC1500HS steel sheet have excellent dimensional accuracy and forming performance by hot stamping process,the tensile strength is higher than 1500 MPa,completely meeting the requirements of veritable automobile parts for assembling.
