摘要
用正交试验法研究了铸造Si-Mn-Mo贝氏体钢的热处理软化和硬化工艺,通过化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能分析及断口观察,探讨了影响铸造Si-Mn-Mo贝氏体钢冲击性能的主要因素。结果表明,控制非金属夹杂和疏松并采取合理的热处理工艺,Si-Mn-Mo贝氏体钢的抗拉强度可达1110 MPa,冲击韧度aKU可达112.7 J/cm2,完全满足中部槽的槽帮在煤矿井下恶劣工况条件下的使用要求。
Orthogonal tests were carried out on cast Si-Mn-Mo bainitic steel to optimize the softening and hardening heat treatment processes.Main influencing factors on impact property of Si-Mn-Mo bainitic steel were investigated through chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,mechanical property test and fracture observation.The results show that high tensile strength(1110 MPa) and good impact toughness(112.7 J / cm2) of Si-Mn-Mo bainitic steel are obtained by controlling non-metallic inclusion and loosen and adopting suitable heat treatment process.The centcut endcut made of this cast Si-Mn-Mo bainitic steel can completely meet the operation requirement in bad working condition of coal mine.
