摘要
采用金相显微镜,冲击试验机和扫描电镜对1Ni9钢的组织和性能进行了研究,分析了3种不同的热处理工艺对1Ni9钢性能的影响。结果表明,1Ni9钢经890℃淬火+590℃回火后组织为板条马氏体和奥氏体;双正火热处理(900℃空冷+780℃空冷+570℃回火)后,组织为板条马氏体和少量的逆转奥氏体;经过双相区淬火(800℃水淬+670℃水淬+570℃回火)后,马氏体的板条变得细小,逆转奥氏体析出量增加,并有少量的铁素体生成,在-196℃时冲击吸收能量高达125 J,表现为延性断裂,具有良好的冲击性能。
Effect of heat treatment process on microstructure and mechanical properties of 1Ni9 steel were investigated by metallographic microscope,impact testing machine and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that microstructure of the 1Ni9 steel quenched and tempered is composed of lath martensite and austenitic and the double normalized one(normalized at 900 ℃ and 780 ℃ then tempered at 570 ℃) is lath martensite and a small amount of reverse austenite.When quenched at two phase region,the microstructure consist of fine martensitic lath,increased reverse austenite and a small amount of ferrite.The impact absorbed energy of the 1Ni9 steel is up to 125 J at-196 ℃,which shows ductile fracture and good impact toughness.
