几种典型结构特征气体渗碳碳浓度场数值计算

摘要 对于大型渗碳件碳浓度场的数值计算,由于需要将表层网格加密,因此有限元模型非常庞大,对计算机要求较高。本文采用有限元数值计算方法,针对几种常见的典型结构特征,分析了结构特征对碳浓度场的影响范围的大小。分析结构表明,结构特征对碳浓度场的影响只集中在结构特征附近很小的区域内。因此,对于大型渗碳件碳浓度场的数值计算,可以将渗碳件简化为数个结构特征分别进行计算,这种方法能够在保证一定的计算精度前提下极大地减少计算量。 The grid near carburizing surfaces should be refined during numerical calculation of the carbon concentration field,so the finite element model of a large part will be enormous.The influence of structural features on carbon concentration field was analyzed with finite element numerical methods in this paper.The results show that the influence of structural features on carbon concentration field is limited in a small area near the structural features,so a large part can be simplified as several structural features during numerical calculation of the carbon concentration field.
