文章以图书馆学五定律为纲领,把成本效益观念根植于流程再造全过程,提出构建一站式获取信息资源及其一条龙服务的信息服务新体系,才能实现高校图书馆服务效益和投资效益的最大化。

By the library science five laws as the guiding principle this paper thinks that building the new system of information service to gain information resource by ＂one- stop＂ work style and to provide serial services can realize its service benefit and the investment benefit maximization with the cost benefit idea in business process reengineering.
