摘要 随着现代信息技术发展和网络用户的普及,传统图书馆封闭、单一、呆板、低效的岗位培训模式已经不能适应形势发展的要求,运用IC理论构建多维交互的学习空间,不仅可以满足馆员随时随地学习交流的目的,同时还可以加强馆内外的协作交流,促进图书馆的服务创新,推动学习型图书馆建设。 With the development of modern information technology and the popularity of the network users, traditional library closed, single, rigid, the inefficient job training mode has been unable to meet the requirements of the development of the situation. The use of IC theory to build multidimensional interactive learning space, not only to meet the librarian anytime, anywhere to study and communication, can also to enhance collaboration inside and outside the exchange, to promote the library service innovation, and to promote the construction of the learning library.
